Content Validity Survey

The developers at Complete Mental Status Evaluation are in the process of conducting research that will strengthen the validity of this scale. The purpose of this survey is to quantitatively determine the content validity of the CMSE. A test is considered content valid if items on the test appropriately measure the severity of the condition which may be experienced by the patient. We would like to ask a mental health professional to assist us with this research, and please complete the following questionnaire after taking the CE training (strongly encouraged) or after using CMSE with your clients.

For each item, based on your clinical knowledge and experience, please indicate whether the category/item is "Irrelevant/Ineffective 1", "Relevant/Effective 2", or "Effective/Accurate 3" - as it describes each of the symptoms and the severity.
