In this advanced clinical training course, mental health professionals will be presented with and learn to apply the Complete Mental Status Evaluation scale.
Florida Psychologists, Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC's), Florida Licensed Social Workers (LCSW's), and Florida Licensed Family Therapists (LFT's) can earn 5 CE credits by taking CMSE training through CEBroker.com. This is a PowerPoint presentation via a web-based platform that is accessible to licensed mental health professionals who are registered with CE Broker and can access this training using a computer.
Florida LMHC’s, LCSW’s, and LFT’s Log into CEBroker.com, put “Complete Mental Status Evaluation” in the search box, click on “TAKE IT HERE”. Florida Psychologists can receive CE credits through a live seminar or on-line presentation.

Course Objectives:
- Identify and compare insufficiencies in preceding methods and learn a new application.
- Define specific terms in each subcategory of the assessment and compare their level of severity as it pertains to the mental status of your clients.
- Apply the Complete Mental Status Evaluation scale with the diverse populations.
- Apply new skills to improve clinicians' face-to-face interviews with your clients as part of the overall psychological assessment.
